The Fecomas School Management System (FSMS) is a comprehensive platform designed to bring essential school operations into one connected system. It provides schools with tools to manage academic, financial, administrative, and day-to-day activities from a centralized platform.

Student Management

FSMS provides a structured environment for managing student information throughout their school journey. Administrators can handle student registration, enrollment, bulk enrollment, and enrollment reporting while keeping student records organized and accessible.

Fees Management

The system simplifies school financial processes by providing tools for managing invoices, tracking fee balances, recording fee collections, handling other collections, and generating school fees reports. This gives administrators better visibility into the school’s fee management activities.

Examination Management

FSMS supports the complete examination workflow, from managing assessments and recording student scores to generating school reports. The system helps organize academic performance data and makes examination information easier to manage and review.

Teaching Management

Teaching-related activities are managed through dedicated tools for schemes of work, lesson plans, approvals, and period registers. This provides a structured workflow for teachers and administrators to manage and monitor teaching activities.

Library Management
